以往我会习惯备份好旧的数据，更新数据库。然后全新安装新的版本重新安装组件模板然后手动恢复更新过的数据库。发现新的MamboV4.5.3h_Global版本installation目录下并没有有关升级数据库的文档就假定是通用的。懒得像以往那么烦琐的步骤，借助windiff匹配新旧版本文件差异直接覆盖了事。

回头再看看这篇文档似乎成了windiff的使用文档，注意本文档没有提及有关升级数据库的任何操作，仅仅是描述如何干净覆盖安装过程。

使用的是mambchina.net的版本，大家以往也许采用以下的组合

mambo452-Golden-cn.zip+ Patch_4.5.2_to_4.5.2.3-Golden-cn.zip+ Mambo4523.security_fix_cn.zip 或者 mambo4523-Golden-cn.zip+ Mambo4523.security_fix_cn.zip 与MamboV4.5.3h_Global.zip

将相应文件解压到临时目录借助windiff匹配差异。 snap1.gif

only in表示仅出现在 different 表示文件有差别 identical 表示文件没有差别

所以我们只需要获得仅出现在mambo4523-Golden-cn版本的文件列表并将其删除就可以了。 snap3.gif

通过处理

获得最终的文件deleteonlyin2.bat将该文件保存到你的mambo主目录使用administrators权限执行删除操作。切记备份原有文件。

删除完老版本多余的文件就可以将MamboV4.5.3h_Global解压覆盖原有的文件，删除installation目录。通过匹配

configuration.php-dist文件发现多了一项 $mosConfig_register_globals = 1;

我们再为configuration.php添加就完成了升级任务。 $mosConfig_error_reporting = -1; $mosConfig_register_globals = 1;
